Hi Konstantin, nice airplane but bad advertising that the heat doesn't work all the time to the prospective buyers. It is a bad combination to be cold, drinking coffee and having a 6 hour flight with no bathroom onboard.

When I watch your videos I am flying with you, oh and I like the warm up exercises. "Head, Shoulders, Knees & Toes Lolz!

I used to work maintaining aircraft for a flight school, including Piper Seminoles which also have Janitrol heaters. We would find they would get cold soaked and then fail to start in flight so my advice to them was to start the heater on the ground, even if it's warm there and then set the warmth setting to the lowest setting so that at least the heater is operating. That way, you can always turn up the heat in flight. Great video like always!

Wow, what an awesome cockpit with a functioning Eventide Argus 7000CE! I collect these things. I have 2 working units in my "vintage" avionics collection - Argus 3000 and 7000 (with green only display) and I was able to interface them with a flight simulator. I am now searching for a cheap CE variant on eBay. There is something special with these old school CRT display avionics :) I think the last database update was released in 2009. Does it display the flight plan of the 400?

What a neat set up being diesel. Jet A is not available at my airport but diesel 1 right around the corner. Would be easy for me to fill the tank in the pickup and use that to fuel the plane. Thank you for sharing the video.
